Your Partner Card—It’s more than a number.

Hello, and welcome to the Starbucks family.

Your Partner Card marks the start of your journey and the opportunities that come with being part of the family. No matter which apron you wear, your Partner Card gives you access to all the perks of being a Starbucks partner—markout, discounts, partner-only exclusives and more!

Please use your temporary Partner Card until you are able to download the Starbucks mobile app to use your digital Partner Card or receive your plastic Partner Card—in case you get in a pinch keep your temporary Partner Card as a backup

Get Partner Exclusive Rewards & Perks

Register your Partner Card with My Starbucks Rewards™/MC (MSR) for access to partner-only exclusives. To register your Card with MSR, go to starbucks.com/register (Canadian partners, go to starbucks.ca/register) or use the Starbucks mobile app.

To Use Your Starbucks Partner Card on Your Apple® or Android™/MC Smartphone:

The following instructions apply to U.S. and Canada Starbucks, SBC, Evolution Fresh and La Boulange partners in non-manufacturing positions. Teavana and Manufacturing partners—please see separate section.

Step 1. Log in to My Partner Info:

From within the Starbucks network:

  1. Go to the Partner Hub.
  2. Hover over the Benefits tab—under My Pay & Time Off header, and click on My Partner Info.
  3. Log in to My Partner Info using your partner number and password. If this is your first time logging in to My Partner Info, use the Forgot Password/First Time User link.

From the store laptop:

a.       Go to the Store Portal—click on the Partner Self Service tab.

b.      Click on the My Partner Info link.

  1. Log in to My Partner Info using your partner number and password. If this is your first time logging in to My Partner Info, use the Forgot Password/First Time User link.

Outside the Starbucks network:

  1. Go to www.starbucks.com/partners and log in using your Global Username and Password.
  2. Under the My Benefits & Pay heading, click on the Go to My Benefits & Pay link—click on My Partner Info.
  3. Log in to My Partner Info using your partner number and password. If it is your first time logging in to My Partner Info, use the Forgot Password/First Time User link.

 

Step 2. Retrieve your 16-digit Partner Card number and your 8-digit security code from My Partner Info:

a.       Click on the Partner Card link on the left navigation menu under Partner Transactions.

b.      Locate your 16-digit Partner Card number and 8-digit security code.

Step 3. Register your Partner Card for My Starbucks Rewards™/MC:

Mobile app option:

  1. Use your smartphone to download the Starbucks Card app for Apple® or Android™/MC.
  2. “Sign up” to create a new account or “Sign in” if you are already a member.
  3. Complete the registration fields, and then click on Add a Starbucks Card or the Add a Card link.
  4. Enter your 16-digit Partner Card number and 8-digit security code.
  5. You will now be able to see the Partner Card image on your smartphone and on the website.
  6. Use your Card image and barcode on the Starbucks Card app to pay for items, obtain your markout and discount and earn Stars and rewards in the MSR program. Contact the Customer Contact Center at 1-800-STARBUC (782-7282), if you have questions about registering.

Plastic Card option:

  1. Click on the link to starbucks.com/register located on the My Partner Information page.
  2. If you are already a member of My Starbucks Rewards™/MC, sign in under “I have an account,” and add your Partner Card to your account.
  3. If you don’t already have an account, click Create an Account. Complete the registration fields and click on Join Now to enter your 16-digit Partner Card number and 8-digit security code.
  4. Check the box to opt-in to receive news and special offers. This step is important for partners who register their Card with MSR.

To obtain a plastic Starbucks Partner Card:

a.       Log in to My Partner Info.

b.      Click on the address, phone and email link to confirm that your mailing address is correct.

c.       Click on the Partner Card link, check the Order Plastic Card box*—click OK when prompted.

d.      A plastic Starbucks Partner Card will be sent to your home address within 14 business days.

Teavana & Manufacturing Partners—Plastic Partner Card

Teavana and manufacturing partners will have a plastic Partner Card sent to their home address within 14 business days of hire. 

Starbucks Emergency Communication Hotline

The Starbucks Emergency Communication Hotline number is located on the back of your temporary Partner Card and is for local inclement weather and disaster communications.
